RATES AND BOOKINGS

The Villa was originally built in 1996 as one of the first private family beach houses in Tulum. They lovingly preserved the magic of the original home while outfitting the villa with a little something extra. The tasteful decor, accompanied by a welcoming atmosphere and dedicated service, exudes the natural simplicity of this home that sleeps 8 to 10 guests, with four beds, the first bedroom is located on the first level of the property, with a king size bed and a shared bathroom.

On the second level of the property you will find on your right side the second bedroom, with two double beds with high quality bed linen. Outside this room, in the cozy hallway on your left you will find a large full bathroom. At the end of the hallway you will find the last two bedrooms, the first one with a king size bed and an amazing view and its own entrance to the oversized shared balcony. The last bedroom comes with a double bed, a private bathroom and access to the balcony area.

The private villa is conveniently located with direct access to the hotel common areas and amenities, including breakfast and room service.
